A poem on experiencing the complexities of life that flowed out of me after a magical weekend at Glastonbury Festival in the UK.

Hand written by the author on 170gsm/80lb sketchbook paper.

Anomalies guaranteed by my fallible humanity.

There is a larger story behind this thought form, that I will include in more detail as a blurb to all those who purchase a copy.

For now, I will say that it was written as I was grappling with my lived experience of the Glastonbury festival, the love and joy that I felt there, and the resistance, especially in relation to the plight of the Palestinian people. I contrasted this lived experience, to the blatant manipulation of the narrative by politicians through digital media. At least that is how I perceived it.

This has been a labor of love, that started out across many scrawls in my notebook and was directly influenced by my reading of this fantastic, thought provoking book - Enaction: Towards a New Paradign for Cognitive Science. I am still working my way through it.

The final, original version of this poem will continue to reside in my notebook. This version I wrote in one straight shot as I sat on my 7am flight to Geneva and the Global Digital Collaboration conference I was attending the day after I returned from Glastonbury.

It feels fitting that this piece is the first release of this ANOMALOUS THOUGHT FORMS label.
